Working as a personal chef, Kathleen has experienced kitchen environments of all shapes, sizes and conditions. She has also observed first hand kitchen organization and functionality and how this relates to stress- free meal preparation and entertaining. It was a natural fit to blend her kitchen organizing and cooking skills to share with the home chef. Kathleen's background in the food and wine industries include restaurants, catering companies, event planning, television cooking shows, and cooking schools. She has taken several essential cooking classes to enhance her cooking aptitude. Ultimately, Kathleen gives credit to her mother and grandmother for teaching at an early age the foundation and inspiration of cooking basics, nutrition, and how they connect to the fabric of our societal and family environments.
